One side per feeding? And other ?s

Hi- So my LC suggested I feed one side per feeding and drain it completely so baby gets hind milk. She said offer the other one if she still seems hungry. If I don't offer it, it might not get eaten for up to 5 hours sometimes, what do you think, is that ok? I usually nurse every 3 hrs at night. Also, do your babies cry in their sleep? Sometimes LO cries and I go check on her and she is asleep but I think she needs me cause she cries, is this normal?! Should I assume she's hungry if she is crying 2 hours after her last meal?
