men are ruining my BF!

i live with my DH and my dad and if i am gome for even an hour they will feed her a bottle. i ask them to hold her off until i get back and they just say, well she was crabby! we had to do it! they also don't know how to deal with breast milk in the fridge. if it's not thawed out in a single portion where it's easy to get to, they go straight for formula. i'm trying so hard to pump/feed all the milk she needs, but i hate thee pump! bah!
