Ive cut back on BF a lot and only really BF at night. And once or twice during the day if the bottle just isnt enough. So I pump about 2 times during the day. But recently Ive noticed its starting to hurt more and more. I only get about 2-3oz when I pump (both breast combined). And its making it hurt even more when I BF. What can I do to ease the pain?
