Pumping Question

Will it cause a problem if I always pump the same breast during the night? I've been feeding my son while pumping the other side for a few weeks now. It's most comfortable holding him to my left breast hike I pump the right. I just want to make sure this isn't going to create some sort of supply issue on one side. Thanks!
