Help Me!!

I have the biggest plugged duct I've ever had right now--it is taking up over 1/2 of my left breast. I cannot get it out. I've tried heat, massage, looking for the small white dot on my nipple...I've tried everything & I can't get it out. It's so painful I can hardly lift my arm.

I EP & putting LO on to nurse is not an option--I have thrush also & he does not & I'd like to keep it that way...

Please someone--what else could I be doing?
