Back to work, now he likes bottles better?

So I went back to work 3 weeks ago, 4 days per week. I nurse on the days I'm off, and in the mornings and evenings when I get home from work. The past couple days I've had off, my 3.5 month old DS gets REALLY frustrated nursing in the afternoons! He's fine in the mornings when I'm really full. I think he got used to bottles and doesn't like working for his food anymore. I'm really sad! Today I actually had to give him a bottle of pumped milk after he screamed for 16 minutes trying to nurse. Any advice?
