Pumping hurts me

I went back to work this week and I am pumping a lot more than when I was on ML. I pump before work and 2 times at work and sometimes before bed if my oz are a little short. I BF 3 times a day too.

I noticed today that my nips are sore. I never had that problem when he was mostly on the boob.

Any advice?

Settings on lowest suction. I use a Pisa. I never had this problem w DS1 and I pumped at work for a year.
