I just started drinking coffee again about 2 weeks ago (How I missed it!) Did not notice any changes in my little man's sleeping pattern. And now, I have about 2 small cups of coffee and about 2-3 diet cokes on a daily basis. But I feel like this is too much. I also go back to work next week and I will be working 4am-1pm shifts, So I know I will be needing my caffeine.
How much are you drinking and have you noticed a difference in how your baby sleeps?
