Good bra for sore boobs? Ouch! Help!

Hi ladies.  I have a question about boobies! 

 

Okay, so I'm pretty active at work - lots of walking, running, going up and down stairs, hoisting kids around, etc.  But all this activity, especially running and stairs, is jostling my sore boobs a LOT.  They hurt.  I'm small-busted (only a 34B on a good day), so I normally don't worry too much about a super supportive bra.  Does anybody have any recommendations?   I'm not picky about it being pretty or anything, as I dress casual/comfortable for work and can hide an ugly bra under a t-shirt.
