Really bad migraines

Ok so I've been suffering from migraines for 21 years and with the last two pregnancies I didn't have them at all. This time around however I've had one for the last 5 days! I've called my doctor, got a prescription for Fioricet, tried yoga, stress relief exercises, got some new pillows, I'm chugging water and trying to only drink caffeine when the doc suggests. I don't know what else to do and I feel like I've run out of options. I don't really like the idea of taking meds but it does ease the migraine some and it's been bad enough to where I can't function. A friend suggested seeing a chiropractor or seeing an acupuncturist but I don't know anyone that has ever had to do either while pregnant. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
