Soo confused! Going Crazy!

So the first day of my last period was Sept 1st so that makes my due date June 8th. I went to the doctor this morning and she says only im 5 weeks from the size of the sack. I thought i was 6w4ds. And the tickers either ask for my last period or due date. The nurse even confirmed my due date of June 8th. So how can i only be 5 weeks? I cant get the tickers to match. When i put in my due date it still says 6w4ds. And there wasnt a heart beat either but she said it looks fine for 5 weeks. im just freaking out a little and it makes no since.
