Frustrated and need help
I am 6 days post partum and my milk surge still hasn't come. With LO 1 it came in on day 6. I assumed it would happen sooner this time.
Nursing started out well the first couple of days but then things started going down hill. I am meeting with the LC tomorrow and we've been in contact via phone and email.
I am still trying to nurse frequently and pumping about 10x day for simulation. I am only getting 5 to 10ml at a time. I am getting so nervous. When reviewing kellymom, assuming milk comes in 3 to 4 days pp, mom should be able to pump about 25oz by 7 to 10 days pp.
I pumped until LO 1 was 13 months... :
