My food aversions have started strong this week. The biggest offenders are any meat and garlic. With a toddler and a DH who works alot it's hard to not cook. Any tips on making meal prep easier, last night I was gagging over dinner untill DH came home and finished cooking. Or any suggestions for foods that have less odor maybe. Today I made a crockpot meal and plan on being out of the house most of the afternoon, but that dosn't work everyday.
