Medela customer service RAVE

So the other day like a knucklehead I melted my pump parts in my dishwasher (they fell right on the element), one call to customer service and within one day brand new parts arrived free of charge woo hoo.  Now I called yesterday because to me it just seemed like the suction wasn't what it used to be and there seemed to be some leaking going on, well guess who is getting a brand new unit overnighted to her today?  Yep, me me.

The pump is only 4 months old but I truly believe it was my carelessness that caused the initial screw up and Medela is taking full financial responsibility for getting me up and running again.  Just figured I'd share if you are lurking and still trying to decide on a pump, they get my 2 thumbs up!
