it feels like there are marbles in my breast

I know Ive asked a billion questions but this is all unchartered territory for me.

Im being treated with Dicloxacillin for mastitis for rhe second time. Im pretty sure there is a plugged duct that hasnt gone away since the first time... problem is, I cant get rid of it. My left breat has 2-3 very hard lumps. Ive tried heating pads, hot shower, pumping (I cant nurse due to latch issues) I  pump fo about 25 mins-hospital grade double pump...every 2.5-3 hrs.... wearing no bra, sleeping on my back...

the symptoms for mastitis have improved-fever and chills are gone so is fatigue...but I think these lumps are signs of plugged dcts... what can I do? Im sure to get sick again if they dont go away...
