Is it crazy to think I felt the baby move? (12 weeks)

I've never heard of anyone being able to feel her baby move at this point, but I had a weird feeling earlier. For a long time (as in a few years) I've had fluttery feelings in my pelvic area and in other areas of my body (I know. I'm weird. I have some nerve problem I think.) But this felt more like a roll than a flutter. We went to the doctor yesterday and saw baby moving around like crazy! So I'm wondering if maybe by some miracle I've already felt it move. What do you think?
