Hospitals--Southside?

Trying to decide between Community South Hospital or St. Francis Hospital...I was recently in the ER at Community and wasn't that impressed with the staff or the way I was treated. I have taken my mother to the ER at St Francis and was very impressed with them. I've heard good and bad things about both...how do you decide where to go? My OB's office partners with both hospitals, so that is not an issue. Please help!
