Clogged milk duct advice needed

Hi ladies, I'm pretty sure I have a clogged milk duct. I EP because my son was unable to latch on. My left breast hurts almost like a sore bruise and has a lump that is sore to touch. I have been pumping this morning more often to relieve some of the pain but it will not go away. What do you recommend to clear this out. Thanks!
