LO has regularly started sleeping for about 6 hour stretches at night; she'll eat around 8/9 and wake up again 2/3. Usually I am so engorged by that point if she hasn't woken up I'll wake up to pump then just feed her after that. Last night she slept until almost 5 (yay!) but I'm worried that her sleep stretches will dampen my supply.

I'm not so good at waking up around 12 to pump, I always just shut my alarm off and go back to bed.

Will my supply during the day stay the same and just accomodate at night for her eating less? I assume I'm alright since women have been nursing since the beginning of time without pumps, but I'm curious when the engorgement at 2am might stop.
