cold medicine

So both my boys and I have colds. And since Im breastfeeding my youngest Im not sure what medicine is ok for me to take. But I am only breastfeeding twice during the day and then through the night. I didnt breastfeed my youngest so I never had this problem. I really just need a nasal congestion. Im hoping to kick this ocld soon so my boys can get better too
