double pump necessary?

WDYT? I go back to work in 5wk and will need to pump 2x a day. I have a huge oversupply and have to nurse DS on the same side for two feedings..so each breast is only nursed on every 46hrs. Do I really need a double pump then? Or could I get away with a single pump. I don't see myself needing to pump both breasts at the same time and I am worried that it would make my oversupply worse. I know LO is more efficient than the pump but I dont want want to spend the money on a double if i dont need it. Thanks!
