mastitis again???? Is my body telling me to stop?? :(

uuggh... just finished a round of antibiotics last week and finally found relief,,, started to build my supplly back and I think its starting all over again. Im oly pumping-been experimenting with 5-10 minutes on the breast b/c they're still preemies.... Should I just  stop? I dont think I can deal with mastitis again-its so aweful!!!
