Breastfeeding

So confused about frozen breast milk

Ok so here is my question. I believe you're supposed to use dethawed breast milk within 24 hrs correct? Here is my issue:

When I'm at work I thaw out frozen milk and place them in bottles for the baby. Occasionally she goes through all of her bottles and her sitter must take out a bag from the freezer and thaw it out in case she needs another one before I arrive home. IF the baby does not get a bottle when she wants it my lo will scream her cute little head off so there is always a bag waiting. HOWEVER..... on occasion like last night, she didn't drink it and I like to breast feed her directly when I'm not working. So right now I have a full bag of thawed breast milk in the fridge that has been cold but thawed out since last night. Its now night number 2...  Does this mean that I MUST throw out the milk or can I use it since its been in the fridge the entire time? I hate to waste milk like that.
