Stomach Cramps

October 2012 in 1st Trimester

Is anybody else having horrible stomach cramps? I've been getting them for about 2 weeks, they aren't like period cramps but actual painful stomach cramps, like I'm absolutely starving at times, and at times like I ate something that I can't digest. Sometimes it's accompanied by nausea, but mostly not. Anybody experience anything similar? I have my first appointment tomorrow.
