1st Trimester

1st Trimester & Working out

I work out regulary and do a boot camp type class (think burbees, jump squats, running, jumping jacks, push ups, etc.).  I keep reading conflicting things, 1 saying you can continue your work out if you have been doing it, and just listen to your body, and the other saying no heavy working out.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?
