Fingers in the way!

DD suck her fingers a lot to self soothe.  She's been distracted at the boob for about a month. Now she's popping off and sucking her fingers and I can't get her back on! I know she isn't emptying me and I try to nurse more often when I'm home but she won't take it! We already nurse in a dark quiet place. I try to put something in her hands like a burp cloth, but then she just puts the whole in her mouth.  Teething?? She does better with the bottles at daycare. She's having enough wets, so should I just let her do whatever?? Any suggestions for getting back to full feeds?
