How much in 11 wk bottle?

LO had her first dry run at DC today, she was there 3 hours. I sent a 3 oz bottle for my 11 week old daughter. When I picked her up, they said 3 oz wasn't enough and she was still hungry. Granted we do not do many bottles at home, but we've always done 3 oz, and that's exactly what I pumped while she was gone. WDYT?
