overwhelmed

Dd is 1 week today and I'm just beyond overwhelmed. I'm trying to keep feedings every 23 hours during the day and 34 at night so Im getting little sleep between feeding and then pumping, yet still had to supplement 12 ounces a day. Dd still won't feed as well on my left as she does on my right, and there's a horrible pulling sensation on my back and the side.of my boob because I think I'm straining to much to get my boob to her mouth, or I'm not supporting the right areas when feeding. Plus my arms an wrists hurt too. What am I doing wrong? When does it get easier for the both of us?
