Dr. Brown's Preemie Nipples

I've used the Avent Size 1 nipples (wiht Avent) bottles, but the flow was too fast.  I've recently been using the BreastFlow bottles by First Years.  I like the flow and that DD sort of controls the flow, but the nipple collapes alot.  It doesn't seen to bother her, but it bothers me.

I'm thinking about trying Dr. Brown's Preemie Nipples.  I've only seen the standard size necks (fits Medela, Evenflow, and Ameda bottle tops).

DD has latched well on the wide base of the BreastFlow bottles.

Does anyone know if the Dr. Brown's Preemie Nipples come in a wide base/neck?  And if so, what bottles they fit on (other than the Dr. Browns)?
