Those using an SNS

For those using an SNS, do you have any tips on latching with the tube? We just started using the Medela SNS and it's such a huge pain in the ass. I've found taping the tube almost to the nipple helps somewhat, but it's still very tricky to get her to latch properly while taking in both boob and tube. The tube always sticks up...

Also, did anyone using this for supply issues have it actually work? This is basically the last thing we haven't tried to increase supply.
