am i on the verge of an oversupply?

So I have had problems with a low supply since LO was born and had to pump for the first 2 weeks as he wouldn't take the breast. Now we are EBF. He always took and emptied both breasts at every feeding but in the last day and a half he is still taking both but not emptying the second. I am assuming this means I am making more than he needs? I take fenugreek to boost the supply...3 capsules 3x a day. Am I on the verge of an oversupply? Should I wean myself off the fenugreek?
