lightheaded

So I though I had a clogged duct earlier this week. I had all the symptoms...pain in a centralized location, decrease in pumping output, if I was full I could kind of feel it, but now I am not sure...I still have the pain and my nipple has a slight bloody spot but I can't seem to find the clog? I also started getting lightheaded but I don't have a fever or chills or anthing. I haven't read anything where lightheaded ness is a symptom of mastitis but I am still concerned. I plan on calling my doctor on Monday but I wanted to see what you ladies thought?
