Hot and heavy!

My son was born on Monday and I've been BFing every since. But within the last day or so my breasts have been very warm and heavy almost to the pain. Was wondering if this has to do with my mature milk coming in?
He eats from both breasts every 2 hours for 1020 min at a time. Maybe I should pump some to relief some of the discomfort.
Any nice and helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA!! :
