? for those that nurse and pump at the same time

What is your set-up for this?  

It's something I've been thinking about doing especially with his morning feed normally around 6 am.  the problem is I nurse in his room because he goes right back to sleep.  My pump and stuff is in another room.  Should I move it to his room and do it there?  The current location isn't comfortable or all that ease to get to with a baby in my arms (I need to get a better location but I haven't made it a priority since I was home with him every day).  

Kudos for being able to do this at the same time.
