Pads showing through all of my clothes....

I need to wear breast pads, b/c I leak right before I nurse/pump and while nursing. What do YOU do to hide them? I feel like all of my clothes show these off, and I don't exactly want to highlight them. I big busted, so that might be why. Any tricks to hide them without wearing wool sweaters everyday?
