DD is EBF and just this week she has a rash all over her face and neck. I first thought it was baby acne... And today I noticed she has a diaper rash starting and little bumps on her stomach and belly too. She was changed every 3 hours last night, because that's when I fed her, and no poopy diapers at night anymore so she wasn't sitting in that. I even use ointment to prevent rashes at night. So I'm wondering could she be having an allergy to something in my BM?? I haven't ate anything out of the ordinary...
