No poop for over 24 hours?

Baby boy is 12 days old. Before yesterday morning, he was pooping 56 times a day and now, nothing since early yesterday morning. He had pretty bad jaundice but was much better at his 10 day appointment. He is passing gas, belly isn't hard or distended and is still having plenty of wet diapers. He is EBF with bottles of pumped milk given here and there. I've worked his legs a couple timeshow long should I do it? And I tried the rectal temp about 20 minutes agohow long does that take to work? Guess I'll call his pediatrician soon. Any advice or reassurance would be great!
