Breastfeeding

For those who use a mother's room at work

Do you have to stay longer in order to make up the time you take to pump?  For those who pump in their offices, I assume there is not much of a difference, since you can work while pumping, but for those who have to go to a separate room, presumably, you spend a fair amount of time going to the pump room, setting up, pumping, redressing, putting everythign away, etc. and was just wondering if employers just sort of see this as the cost of doing business or if some employers make you stay longer to make up for that time.
