Freezing Tips

Ok, I've got multiple questions about freezing tips:

 

1. I've been freezing in Lanoish bags (flat).  If you freeze flat, what do you store them in after frozen?  What have you found to be the right size to store them vertically in the freezer?
2. I uaully just throw in whatever I got in a bag, so each bag has differant amounts.  I'll be sending to day care eventually.  Would it make sence to put the same amount in every bag?  DD gets a 3 oz bottle at night a few times a week.  Should I make all the bags 3 oz?  or 2 oz or 4 oz
3. What about those 1 oz trays?  Do they seem worth it or just extra effort?  If you use these, what do you store the frozen cubes in?  Don't they have to be in bags approved for BM?

 

Tell me your freezing solutions???  I'm trying to get some ideas and decide what might work for me in the long run!
