Lower Abdominal Pressure?

Good Morning, May Mommas!!

Last night I  was laying in bed while my daughter read to me and when I got up I felt some pressure in my lower abdomen, so I just laid back down for the rest of the night because it freaked me out.  I didn't have any cramping or bleeding, but it was a different feeling.  This is my 3 pregnancy and the pressure felt like I was much further along with a big load to carry.  I'm only 8 weeks 5 days along.  No pressure this morning either.
