popping on off

My DS is constantly popping on and off the breast during feedings. I don't know if my milk is coming too fast or is he trying to make it come faster. When he pops off my milk is leaking. I feel like it is making him swallow more air going off and on so much. He has a lot of gas issues and silent reflux. He will also open his mouth and whip his head side to side with my breast in it but he won't latch on. Its like he is looking for it but doesn't realize it is right there. Anyone else have these issues or advice?
