LO not wanting to wake up for anything, what to do?

my LO is one week old and the pediatrician and lactation nurse told me to feed her every 3 hours, however, she is the sleepiest baby ever! DH and i have tried EVERYTHING to wake her up and she just won't. she wakes up on her own every 4-5 hours and then binge feeds about 2-3 fl oz. 

anybody else have these problems with their babies? if so, how do you get them to wake up or what's your routine?

 i'm just worried because she was bor 8lbs 11oz and now she's down to 7lbz 4oz. it's making me upset that she's losing this much weight. 

FYI: i am a breastmilk pumper due to reasons.
