Anyone take public transport during pregnancy or do you drive now?

I have been taking the bus to my job for years because parking in my building is $410/ month... But lately I find myself standing on a bus for an hour while the bus slams on its brakes (I have nearly fallen over a few times). I am wondering if I should just splurge for the parking space for 4 months or suck it up and hope I get big enough that I may actually get someone nice enough to offer me their seat (although I have seen most men just pretend they don't see pregnant women coming and fake sleep so they don't have to give up their seat... brutal I know).
