Any C-Section tips?

I had a c-section with my 1st and will more than likely have a repeat this time.  With DS1, my milk didn't come in until almost a week later and I ended up having to supplement because he kept losing weight.  I ended up doing both for 4 months and then he weened himself, but I can't help but think if my supply was better from the biginning he would have BF for longer.  Do you have any tips or suggestions to help move things along faster, or if that's even an option?  I really want this to work this time around.  TIA!
