Weekend away

I have to be out of town next weekend to be in a wedding and LO (11 weeks) will be staying with my mom.  It's going to be cutting it close whether or not I have enough freezer stash to cover the weekend.  Do I buy some formula for her to have on hand just in case?  Should i try some on him beforehand to see if he will even take it?  I really don't want to have to use it but I don't want him to starve in my absence either!  I'm trying really hard to pump enough before then but its really hard to get ahead.
