do the comments ever end?

I still get comments from my inlaws!?!?! They still think they need a bottle! Does this ever end? Am I being overly sensitive? I have made it clear in the nicest ways possible... I keep warning dh that my being nice will end and it won't be pretty. I guess I'm always hoping he will stick up for me. Which the closest that he has done is said "she's well fed" or "there are other ways to soothe her". I guess I was hoping for more of the guy on the big white horse storming in and defending me? I feel like a nut!

 

P.S. by inlaws I mean I have 2 MILs! AHHH!!
