not getting my period, would actually really want it...

Hi ladies!

My first baby boy turned 1 in July, and I exclusively breastfeed him for his first year.  We really want to get to pregnant again, but I still don't have my period.  It has now been almost 3 months since I stopped breastfeeding.  Any suggestions on how to get my period here???  I would go to the dr, but pretty sure they aren't going to tell me much.
