Non-Lanolin Nipple Cream?

Hi ladies. With DD, I used Lansinoh Lanolin for my nipples, but it totally screwed up my shirts somehow (despite always wearing breast pads!) with stains which I couldn't get out for the life of me. I don't want to do that again, so.....

The only non-lanolin nipple cream I could find in Target was Simplisse. Does anyone use that, and what do you think of it?
