Sleeping through the night (repost from 0-3 month board)

LO is 12 weeks and she was only waking up once at night before she had her 2 month shots...now she's waking up almost every 2 hours again!  Argh!  

I used to nurse her every time she woke up, but the past couple nights I've just comforted her or put the paci in every two hours and nursed every four.  Is this okay?  I feel like she's nursing more for comfort than being actually hungry.  Sometimes she barely eats anything and then just konks out again.

Any suggestions for helping her STTN? I've read up on this but I'm just not sure if I need to stress about some sort of sleep training or if she'll eventually just do it on her own.  I feel so clueless!
