Weird to feel bad about this?

So we were hanging out with our friends last night in our house. They are a married couple but they don't have any kids. MS hit me hard and I ended up throwing up in the bathroom. Our friends couldn't leave fast enough! I hadn't even brushed my teeth before they were out the door and gone. The husband left his freshly opened beer on the table still practically full. Is it weird to feel kinda offended by this? I cried because I felt like I made them too uncomfortable to stay
